Usernames

Once created, your username can not be changed.
Create a username that will be easy to remember, as this username will be what you use to log in to virtually all CCH Wall St. products.
If you should forget your password, you will need your username to reset it. Therefore, after you've created a username, please make a note of it and keep it in a safe place.

Passwords

Can not be the same as your username.
Must be between 6 and 32 characters.
Should be a nonsensical word or contain non-alpha characters, such as number sign or other symbol.

Think of a nonsensical word (i.e. a made-up word not in the dictionary) that is easy to say, which will make the password easier to remember.
Try to replace letters with numbers, such as 'o' with the numeral '0', and try to include one or more other special characters, such as '$' which can be used to replace an 'S' in your password.
DON`T use words that can be found in a dictionary.
DON`T use personal information others might be able to guess, such as your birth date or email address.
